What’s it?

On Tuesday, the Initiated Ordinance 301 or the Denver Psilocybin Mushroom Initiative was approved by 89,320 voters, while 87,341 voters voted against it. The results will officially be declared on May 16th.

This means that the personal use and possession of the mushrooms by any one in Denver who is 21 years old or older will be “Law enforcement’s lowest priority”. It does not legalize psilocybin or permit it’s sale by Denver’s Cannabis business.
