Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah will soon have a huge harbour, thanks to Meraas’ new venture. The harbour had the capacity to dock over 1,100 boats and is also decked with other entertainment.

There’s no end to Dubai’s innovation and we quite know this by now! So, without any further hints, here’s what’s coming to the city. Palm Jumeirah is getting a lavish harbour, big enough to dock over 1,100 boats.

Adding grandeur to its existing landscape, Palm Jumeirah will soon have a harbour featuring three bays- Harbour Marina, Bay Marina, and Palm View Marina. The project is developed by the city-based developers Meraas and is due for handover by 2020. The harbour will be the heart of marina, featuring shops, restaurants, cafés, luxury residences and hotels.

Meanwhile, superyacht owners have a little more to be happy about! Bay marina will have a 180-berth superyacht facility, exclusive yacht club and a helipad with two landing platforms.

Buggy service, fuel pumps, specialized parking lots and marine storage are also part of the deal.
