On Wednesday, Binghatti announced that it is working on a new project to develop the world’s tallest residential skyscraper. Dubai will be home to this project, which is named Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences. The spires will be in the shape of a diamond and high jewellery and horological aesthetics will inspire them. Binghatti stated that this unparalleled skyscraper aims to be one of the tallest residential constructions in the world.
World’s Tallest Residential Construction
Binghatti, a UAE developer with one of the highest investment portfolios, said that they are happy to work in cooperation with Jacob & Co. They aim to usher in a new era of uber-luxury living by launching this luxurious skyscraper in Dubai. However, this skyscraper will be standing tall at Business Bay, which is Dubai’s most eminent financial district.
Jacob & Co. is a brand known for its watchmaking and jewellery excellence. Further, the two prominent entities have together coined the term “hypertower” in upper-crust real estate. The Chief Executive of Zoom Property, Ata Shobeiry, said that the Dubai property market benefits from such collaborations.

Luxury Spa, Infinity Pool & More
The proposed residential skyscraper design includes over 100 storeys of luxurious two and three-bedroom residences. The different levels in this skyscraper will have different amenities like a luxury spa, an infinity pool, and a gymnasium. Moreover, it will have a dedicated team that will provide services like bodyguards, private chefs, chauffeurs, and daycare.
The penthouses in the hypertower will be named after Jacob & Co.’s watches: Astronomia, Fleurs de Jardin, and Billionaire. Above all these penthouses, residing right on top of the hypertower, will offer stunning views of the Dubai Water Canal, Downtown Dubai, and the Dubai skyline. The tower’s spires will be in the shape of a diamond resembling a crown, and the jewellery brand’s finely cut gems will be its inspiration.
