India’s new regional airline FlyBig recently completed a year of operations at the Tezu Airport and announced good news for all the travellers in the northeast. The news is that FlyBig is coming up with a new flight route. Beginning next week, FlyBig will operate flights from Imphal to Guwahati via Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh. 

FlyBig To Operate Flights From Imphal To Guwahati Via Tezu

The newly introduced flights from Imphal to Guwahati via Tezu by FlyBig will operate every single day of the week except Monday. The inaugural flight, which will improve regional connectivity and boost tourism in the northeastern states, will depart on September 27, 2022. Imphal is the capital of Manipur, which is a beautiful state in the northeast and this move will improve connectivity to the region. Flight S9201 will take 3 hours and 10 minutes to reach Guwahati from Imphal, starting at 08:00 AM  and landing at 11:10 AM. Flight S9202 will take 3 hours and 15 minutes to get from Imphal to Guwahati, leaving at 11:35 AM and reaching at 02:50 PM.

Book Flights For ₹799 As Part Of Inaugural Offer

On August 15, 2021, under UDAN, FlyBig had completed its first commercial trial flight on the Guwahati-Tezu route. This year, in August, it entered the second year of operations. You can book the tickets on the airline’s website. The airline is providing a BIGLITE price between Tezu and Imphal for ₹799 as part of its launch promotion. For the Guwahati to Imphal route, the tickets cost ₹1,799. The airline’s website was recently upgraded to facilitate its passengers with easy ticket booking.
