Tania’s Teahouse & Yoga Ashram is celebrating World Relaxation Day on Wednesday, August 15 by hosting a free Anti-Anxie-Tea yoga class from 7 pm to 8:30 pm & all-day complimentary tea-themed art therapy coloring pages. The session will focus on re-energizing the body and relaxing the mind with Yoga, Pranayama (Breathing exercise), and meditation. Yoga has a calming & rejuvenating effect on body & mind, and can successfully remove the anxiety and stress. It is also known to bring the body into balance, regulates endocrine glands, improves digestion strengthens the respiratory system and resets your biological clock.

You’ll also be able to enjoy a nice relaxing cuppa while you’re there. Tania’s Anti-Anxie-Tea is created with organic Egyptian chamomile, which is then infused with ashwagandha, burdock, lemon balm, nettle oatstraw, anise and licorice root. For all the art aficionados or for those of you looking for something to build your creativity, Tania’s Teahouse is offering art therapy sessions, which will begin on National Relaxation Day and will continue on a regular basis.
