From authentic Mangalorean cuisine to taste of West Bengal, flavours and appetising cuisines from across the globe made it to the pre-wedding bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Hundreds of guests attended the extraordinary party and many of them had special dietary requirements too.
While serving the best of both India and abroad, there were dedicated chefs to look over their needs and serve dishes accordingly. For several events in a span of 3 days, different caterers, restaurants, and chefs were contacted to showcase and serve their classic delicacies, street food, authentic dishes from different places, global cuisines, and so much more.

Sri Lanka’s iconic Ceylon Curry Club was roped in to serve a lavish spread of lip-smacking Lankan cuisine at the Ambani event. While they were supposed to serve some fusion dishes for lunch only on one day, the great responses and reviews from the guests influenced people to ask Ceylon Curry Club to serve some mouth-watering dishes from their menu one more time.

Chef Shriya Shetty served a delectable spread of finger-licking Mangalorean cuisine at the Ambani pre-wedding celebrations. She was the only one from Kudla among thousands of guests who served the taste of Mangalore. Among the huge spread of delights, she served Neer Dose With Bella Tarai, Tekkare Da Adde, Kadle Bajeel, Kori Rotti, Mattu Gulla Sukkha, Mushroom Ghee Roast, and more.

Two of Kolkata’s most popular restaurants, The Blue Poppy and Sienna were a part of the extraordinary pre-wedding culinary delights. At the after-party, The Blue Poppy served momos and Tibetan cuisine delights, according to a report by Telegraph India. And Sienna represented the state’s flavours beautifully and curated special dishes.
It was indeed a big fat Indian pre-wedding event with so many surprising additions to the celebrations!
