Global Village To Return For Its 26th Season On 26 October

Global Village was extended by 2-weeks for its 25th season, ended on May 2, and that too with a bang. Dubai’s largest entertainment hub broke the 25 Guinness World Record for its 25th season, and now guess what? Global Village will return for its season 26 in October. The grand fest will kick off from 26 October, lasting for 167 days, before it winds up on April 10, 2022. In addition, the mega fest will also treat guests to two jaw dropping shows this year. Guests Can Enjoy A Unique Fire Fountain Show In This Year’s Edition

This year, Global Village will be bigger and better! This year’s edition will boast an extravagant fire show at the heart of the carnival. The fire works will happen near the Floating Market, which will boast a larger section with additional seating so that guests can enjoy the fire show while tucking into delicious treats from Asia.

In addition, Global Village 2021 will also feature Middle East’s first ever water-stunt show. And that means you can expect a whole lot of jet-ski stunts, fly-board action a 75-foot water high dive. Thrill seekers, are you listening?

Global Village’s 25th Season Ended With A Bang On May 2, 2021

The 25th season of Global Village was iconic in every possible way. Right from breaking 25 world records to making a place in the top 10 per cent of worldwide attractions, Global village had a successful season. On this,
Bader Anwahi, CEO, Global Village, said,

“Our teams overcame challenges, demonstrating resilience and strategic leadership to reimagine what was possible to support Dubai and the UAE with key economic contributions. On a personal level I am grateful to everyone who has contributed to the remarkable success of Season 25, and we are excited about the coming months as we move forward with our preparations for Season 26.”

During the 25th season, 78-cultures were showcased in 26 pavilions across the park. There were over 300 food and beverage joints and more than 3,500 retail outlets with thrills and adventure for all ages.

Keeping the pandemic situation in mind, Global Village successfully tackled the 25th season with some stellar showcases, and we can’t wait to see what season 26 has in place for us.
