Goa is everyone’s happy escape. We have heard stories of many couples who eloped and got married in Goa and many who left the buzzing city life to settle in Goa. And now, in a very bizarre incident, a 14-year-old boy from Vadodara, Gujarat, ran away from his parents’ home and fled to Goa with ₹1.5 lakh. Why did he do that? Well, upset parents scolded the boy for not concentrating in studies which made him run away.

The Teen Boy Splurged In Goan Clubs

According to reports, the boy allegedly took ₹1.5 lakh from his home and spent a considerable amount in Goan night clubs. Are you wondering how did this young soul travel to Goa from Vadodara alone? He first tried to board a train to Goa, but he could not buy a ticket since he did not have any Aadhar card. Then, he headed to the bus station and caught a bus to Pune. Cops Traced The Boy In Pune

When he realised his money was running out, he took a bus back to Pune, and got himself a new sim card for his phone. He then used his phone to get to a travel agents office and book a bus back to Gujarat. The cops then traced the cellphone and alerted by the boys’ parents. Soon after the police traced the boy, he was sent back to his parents on December 26. Another 17-year-old Punjab boy had taken ₹16 lakh from home and spent it on a PUBG game in the year. The parents then put the boy at a scooter repair shop as a punishment.
