Bengaluru’s newest microbrewery comes with excellent brews and lip-smacking food and an awesome atmosphere to make your Saturday nights lit AF!
What Is It?
Are you a fan of craft beer? Bengaluru’s newest microbrewery, Big Brewsky is now open at Sarjapur road and has excellent brews and lovely food to keep your Saturday nights as entertaining as you like it. An open-air rooftop restaurant, overlooking the vast lake is something that would be perfect for having a great evening with your friends at the Big Brewsky.
What Are The Brews?
They are 4 brews currently, differing on the basis of bitter taste and alcohol content. If you like a light beer, go for the Belgian Witbier and raise your glass to a wheat beer with the aromas of orange and coriander. Going higher on the bitter scale is the Weissbier, followed by Weizenbock. Weissbier is slightly lighter as compared to Weizenbock. It is smooth, refreshing and not too high on alcohol content as well. The Weizenbock is the strongest of them all, made out of the essence of wheat and barley. It is as we’d call it, the ‘dark beer’ of the lot. Last but definitely not the least is the Indian Pale Ale, that will turn a grumpy into a jolly good person in no time!
What To Eat?
You’ll find a great deal of appetizers, that they call ‘Beer Buddy Chews’ in the menu section. You could also try the Crunchy Munchies or if you’ve got an appetite, dive into the burgers and the rolls. If you’re a ‘weight watcher’, they’ve got greens and salads on the menu.
They also have a few Italian delicacies like wood fired pizzas, pastas and risottos on the menu. But fret not, the Big Brewsky also has dishes for you to devour. The grills, rice & biryani, handcrafted dim sums and lots more to choose from.
