The fast and widespread vaccine rollout has helped curb what was once the world’s worst outbreak. Infact, even tourists can get their vaccine shots at famous sightseeing spots in New York like Times Square, Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park.

On the other end of the spectrum of this Bloomberg report, India, the Philippines and some Latin American countries ranked the lowest due to many variant outbreaks, global isolation and slow vaccinations. The borders of these countries continue to remain closed. Taiwan is also in the bottom half for a lag in vaccination drive and a resurgent outbreak. Argentina is the worst place to visit in a post-Covid world according to the Bloomberg Covid Resilience Ranking. This is followed by the Philippines, Malaysia and India. These countries have shut down the world to keep the virus at bay, have low mortality rates and have little to no sign of reopening borders soon.
