1. Go to https://ta.gov.ae/en/masaar-card-request to start.
2. After entering your Emirates ID number, click “next.”
3. Under the “application information” section, enter your complete name, email address, and phone number. Then click the “next” button.
4. After that, add the following files:
A recent personal picture and a copy of the Emirates ID
5. After that, press the “Submit” button. When you submit the application, you will get a pop-up message with your application’s request number.
6. Following that, a confirmation email will arrive at your registered email address. Bring a printed copy of the confirmation email and the request number to the main Ajman bus station to get the Masaar card. You’ll get the Masaar card after making the payment.

1. Click on this link to access the Masaar Card at eServices.ta.gov.ae.

5. After that, choose “confirm payment information” and use a credit or debit card to settle the balance.
