His Highness Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh Opens The Sarvato & Gallery Cafe At City Palace Jaipur

Jaipur welcomes a new addition to its legacy: The Sarvato & Gallery Cafe, a visionary collaboration between His Highness Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur and renowned restaurateur Abhishek Honawar. Nestled within the historic City Palace, Jaipur, this restaurant brings together the regal heritage of Rajasthan with contemporary gastronomy. The newest haunt is all set to offer an unparalleled dining experience.

The Sarvato: A Tasting Menu Restaurant & Cocktail Bar

The Sarvato is housed in one of the City Palace’s most historically significant areas. It gets its name from the building’s square shape, which was originally used as a private audience hall. There was a time when ceremonies and celebrations took place in this royal chamber. And now, it is a multi-sensory dining space that offers a 6-course tasting menu.

The Sarvato’s menu showcases Rajasthan’s rich cultural heritage by drawing inspiration from the local communities and the kitchens of the Royal Family of Jaipur. This expertly curated tasting menu is made even better with paired cocktails and fine wines. Imagine enjoying an exquisite meal under the twinkling night sky surrounded by the grandeur of the palace complex. The whole experience will be rich in culture, luxury, and exquisite taste.

The Sarvato celebrates the freshest seasonal produce by sourcing all ingredients locally. As the seasons change, the menu also does, ensuring that you will always have a fine dining experience.
