Well, you can pre-prep for this in the night. It will take hardly 10 minutes. Simply roast the suji or rava in ghee. On the other pan fry your veggies. Mix the veggies and suji together and store them in the fridge. Next morning take a pan put the stored suji and add boiled water to it. Stir it for 2-3 minutes. And boom! your breakfast is ready.
