The Truck Is Inspired By The Food Trucks Of London
According to a Telangana Today report, Udayasri Puli, the founder of Ciel Dessert Bar, took inspiration of the bakery from the food trucks in London, where she was doing her Masters. The reasons that prompted Udayasri to launch the dessert truck are her love for sweets, the mobility factor of food trucks and the requirement of lower capital investment in the food truck business. She can take her truck anywhere which also ensures business flexibility.

The Team Plans To Launch More Food Trucks Soon
Ciel Dessert Bar was launched in 2015 and in a span of seven years, it has evolved. Today, it serves a wide array of delish desserts to cater to the modern market. Apart from cakes and pastries, the bakery has also come up with premixes like hot chocolate premix and brownie premix. Udayasri’s team has also launched an online store to let dessert lovers get their treats delivered to the doorstep.
