Giani Tea stall in Amritsar is a popular breakfast spot and one of the oldest that has been running successfully by Gurmit Singh, located on Cooper Road. The shop is famous for its tea and snacks that attracts a lot of customers till date. The shop opens up as early as 6 in the morning and stays open till 10 at night.

What’s In It?

It is known for serving best kachoris and tea, the kachoris are stuffed and flavoured with different varieties of spices. You can pair this up with a hot cup of tea which is again a specialty of this shop. Every morning you can see people hovering around the stall to grab hot tea along with Indian snacks.

They also have bread and butter toasts, omelet with bread and more. The tea is made by Gurmit himself and he prepares a fresh batch every morning and never does any glass of tea taste different from its authentic flavour.

The iconic stall has been visited by the Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Prakash Singh Badal and few other celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor, Navjot Singh Siddhu and many cabinet ministers.
