Patna Zoo To Get Food Kiosks & Souvenir Shop
Patna Zoo is one of the most famous picnic spots in Patna and is home to over 800 animals of about 110 species, including tigers, leopards, clouded leopards, hippopotamuses, crocodiles, elephants, giraffes, zebras and more. The zoological park also houses an aquarium with about 35 species of fish and 32 snakes. And now, to make the experience more enjoyable and fun, the zoo management is setting up brand-new food kiosks and a souvenir shop.
According to The Times of India, the food kiosks and a souvenir shop are expected to open soon. But aren’t you curious to know what the souvenir shop will offer? Visitors will be able to buy T-shirts bearing the Patna Zoo logo, caps, mugs, key rings, wildlife toys, handicrafts and informative books. The initiative will not only let people buy some super-cool things but will also promote awareness of nature and wildlife conservation among children.

Seating Facilities Also Planned
According to The Times of India, the two food kiosks will offer snacks and beverages. Modern RO water purifiers have also been installed at various locations to provide visitors with cool water. In addition, the zoo has also added seating facilities for elderly people, women and children. These seating facilities are designed to blend with the natural surroundings. It will also have shaded shelters, allowing visitors to rest amid the trees and plants.
This is an amazing initiative, right? The zoo is quite large, and food kiosks and seating facilities inside will let visitors stop for a snack and re-energise. They can also easily grab breakfast or lunch while arriving or leaving. Moreover, the souvenir shop will let children and collectors buy official merchandise as a keepsake of their trip.
