Dinosaurs In Delhi? Explore Life-Size Robotic Creatures, Volcanoes At New Prehistoric Gallery

Explore Dinosaurs At Prehistoric Life Gallery In Delhi 

If you’re a dinosaur lover, then Delhi has a new place for you to explore. The National Science Centre launched this new dinosaur world on August 26. As per NDTV report, featuring 35 species from different geological eras, it takes us back to a world where dinosaurs and other species used to live. 

What To Enjoy Here?

• Life-sized and scaled robotic models of dinosaurs and other extinct creatures
• Places that look like the natural habitats of these creatures 
• Features giant scorpions, early birds, massive dinosaurs and Neanderthal man
• Moving models, lights, and sound effects make the experience more exciting
• Exhibits share information about prehistoric species and the history of Earth
• Volcano models at different points inside the gallery

What Are The Timings & Ticket Prices?

The National Science Centre remains open every day from 9:30 AM to 6 PM. You can buy tickets only till 5:15 PM. The ticket price is ₹100 per person. It is located near Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. If you’re planning to visit this dinosaur world, you can reach the location by road or use the Delhi Metro.

The Prehistoric Life Gallery existed earlier too, but the centre was closed for a year for renovation. During this time, the gallery was upgraded to give visitors a more exciting experience.
