Bengaluru foodies, get ready, you’re soon about to taste the deliciousness in every bite. The famous chef Harsh Dixit, who is also a personal chef of the actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Now, this chef is coming to The Conservatory in Bengaluru for an Asian pop-up and is bringing some of the amazing dishes for you to try. Scroll down to know more!

Chef Harsh Dixit Is Coming To Bengaluru’s The Conservatory

Celebrity chef Harsh Dixit (@chefharsh) is bringing his bold culinary concept, Wonton Don, to Bengaluru at The Conservatory from February 26th to 28th. This chef has been making foodies drool with his cross-cultural take on Asian comfort food. He blends creativity with precise technique that makes his dish look absolutely devouring. His food carries personality in every bite, turning familiar flavours into something exciting and unexpected.

Here, guests can expect handcrafted wontons, flavour-packed donburi bowls, and dishes that reimagine comfort classics with intention. Chef Harsh creates plates that are meant to be devoured, shared, and talked about long after the meal ends.

Dishes That Will Leave You Drooling

Chef Harsh will be presenting a wide range of dishes, including The Grinch (Vegan), Triple Onion & Brie Cheese Tart, King Pumpkin, Pushin Peas (Vegan), Shroomami, Cornstar, Chicken Supreme, Prawnstar, Fish in a Blanket, Notorious P.I.G, Rangoon Royal, and Bougie Bobatea.

The Don section features Kimchi + Cheese Don with Potato Panko, Miso Butter + Furikake, Chicken Char Siu, Pork Belly Char Siu, and Sichuan Cumin Lamb. Also, how can a meal end without a meal, and on this, too, Harsh Dixit has got you covered. For desserts, he will serve Not Kaya Toast and Not Nachos.
