India’s Newest Airline, JettWings Airways, Launches Pilot Training Program With The Serbian Govt

JettWings Airways is the latest airline to join the host of Indian airlines. It is the first-ever airline from the northeastern region of India. In a groundbreaking new initiative, JettWings Airways has launched a brilliant new training programme which will aid in training skilled pilots. Ultimately, it will aid in filling the shortage of pilots that the Indian aviation industry is currently facing. Here are all the details you need to know regarding this new initiative.

JettWings Airways Launches Pilot Training Program

JettWings Airways, in partnership with the Serbian government, has launched the JettWings Serbia – Cadet Pilot Program. It is a training program meant to churn out highly skilled pilots and aviation personnel so that the future of Indian aviation can continue to soar.

The flight training program is designed so that pilots trained here will satisfy the criteria for a European license as well as the requirements for the DGCA. DGCA is the Directorate General for Civil Aviation and it is the watchdog for Civil Aviation in India.

Since India is one of the fastest-growing aviation industries in the world, it is currently facing a shortage of skilled pilots. The pilot training program hopes to aid in filling this lacuna. It hopes to train as many as 800 pilots over the next five years!

State-Of-The-Art Technology And Training Provided

The first program will commence from November 15, 2023. The training programme will include equipment which is state of the art. It will consist of holistic theoretical knowledge as well as hands-on practical training. It will also incorporate advanced UPRT or Upset Prevention and Recovery Training and MCC or Multi-Crew Cooperation.

Complete with flight simulators which will help in training the pilots, the training programme aims to create aviation personnel who are capable of carrying the future of Indian aviation. It is one of the most groundbreaking initiatives and will ensure that pilots are trained to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
