In September, the soon-to-be-opened Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah will debut its Tonino Lamborghini Mare Nostrum Skypool Restaurant. This Rooftop Beach Club Boasts Mediterranean Vibes
On the rooftop of the Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah on Palm West Beach, there is a Tonino Lamborghini Mare Nostrum. The location offers a restaurant, bar, and a stunning infinity pool with views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, and Ain Dubai, among other magnificent landmarks.
Mare Nostrum, which translates to “our sea” in Tonino Lamborghini, refers to the Mediterranean Sea. Chef Sydney de Hart’s menu focuses on high-quality, fresh ingredients and offers a variety of cocktails and exquisite wines.
The Mediterranean shoreline served as inspiration for the design. Dark woods, cream-coloured draperies, and lush vegetation can be seen all around the arena, which has 300 seats.

Another lovely spot to unwind in the Dubai sun or drift into the night with beverages, the high-end menu from Chef Sydney de Hart is aimed to deliver customers a sophisticated day-to-night experience.
With its sleek lines and bright white lounge beds, the Tonino Lamborghini touch will be felt across the whole space, giving it a beautiful atmosphere. The brand-new location is on floor 14 of the Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah and is open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. So, the insta-drooling place is ready to welcome you all.
