Veganuary is an annual challenge that urges people to follow a vegan diet for a month. So, if you too are someone who’s been following this challenge, you’re in for some brilliant news! There are several restaurants in Dubai that are doing something special for this. Take a look!

This Jamaican restaurant and lounge is marking Veganuary with a special vegan menu. With plant-based offerings, the three-course set menu includes 1 Likkle Bites, 1 Big Tings and 2 sides. The vegan dishes fuse traditional flavours with colourful fruits, vegetables, and herbs. So, don’t forget to dive into crispy Cauliflower Popcorn, Plantain Nachos, and Jerk Eggplant Risotto to name some.

2. Punjab Grill

This restaurant is known for offering some truly fantastic dishes. And for veganuary, they have created a special vegan menu. It includes mouth-watering dishes, like Banana Stem Salad, Jimikand ka Seekh, Phulka Tacos, Steamed Wild Mushroom Dumpling, Beetroot Phyllo, Iceberg Wrap, Masala Pumpkin Fried Idli, Sambar, Crispy Okra, and Tofu Tikka Masala, to name some. As it happens, this menu has been curated by Executive Chef Sandeep Ail.

3. Asil

Sitting in the heart of Rixos Premium Dubai, Asil has everything from exquisite food and refreshing mocktails to belly dancers and Oriental DJs. Offering dishes that are a blend of Turkish senses, Lebanese flavours, and Moroccan taste, foodies are truly going to be spoilt for choice. For instance, light starters include options, like Hommous, a blend of chickpea purée, tahini, lemon juice, garlic & olive oil. While you’re here, you must also take a look at their main course including options, like Vegetable Tagine, made with Marrows, artichoke, potato, carrot, peas, and served with a side of couscous.

4. Eva’s Fusion

The restaurant is offering a vegan set menu that includes a choice of soup, salad appetiser, and main course, along with rice or bread. You can also feast on salads, like the Avocado Summer Corn Salad and even appetisers, such as Spiced Potato Wedges & French fries. Finally, don’t forget to dive into their mains, such as Dal Tadka, Mix Tawa Vegetables, and even Schezwan Fried Rice.

While this eatery offers vegan food only, they’re doing something special! Yes, they’re offering discounts on the total bill from Monday through to Thursday for the month. So, guests can get a 20% discount when dining as a group of four, a 15% discount as a trio, a 10% discount as a duo, and a 5% discount for a single diner. With there being a plethora of options for diners, they’re certainly going to be spoilt for choice.

Some of the must-try dishes, include Organic Quinoa & Avocado Salad, Kachumber Salad, Dal Tadka, Vegan Burger, and Gluten-free Spaghetti. As such, this menu is available throughout the month!

Going green for the month, the restaurant is offering a vegan menu that’s inspired by Britain’s illustrious gastronomic past. They’re offering a special three-course vegan menu, which comprises toothsome options. You can find innovative dishes, like Truffle with Mushroom Parfait & Grilled Bread, Roast Cauliflower, and Bohemian Cake. Doesn’t it all sound quite fantastic?
