All About The Two New Visa Schemes:

There are two types of visa schemes and the J-Find visa is for foreign graduates from highly-ranked universities. With this visa, these graduates will be able to stay in Japan for a maximum time period of 2 years and they can search for job opportunities during this time. The most important point to note here is that the graduates need to be only from those universities that come under the category of the top 100 of QS Top Universities, Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Academic Ranking of World Universities, and Times Higher Education’s World University Rankings, as reported by Chemistry World.

And the J-Skip visa will be for highly-skilled foreign workers. At the present moment, visas for skilled workers are based on a points-based system. But some things will get changed once this new visa scheme comes into action and start operating. With this visa scheme, these people can avoid the points system only if they will be able to meet some requirements.
