Khalid Al Ameri Left His 9-5 Job To Follow His Passion
Before he become a popular YouTube sensation, Khalid was actually employed in a 9 to 5 job with the government. Walking the buzzing streets of Dubai, he said, “My mum always said I was a performer, an entertainer. I love to talk about things and make people laugh, it was always inside me.” Adding further, he relayed, “I had an ultimatum that I could do this show, which was just one month long.” He ended up quitting his job for this one-month-long assignment. Reminiscing about his decision, he gave credit to Salama, his wife, for her unyielding support. He said that had it not been for her, none of this would have happened!

Talking about his personal life, he mentioned that his childhood was free of technology, which he felt was certainly a blessing. He also talked about how he met his wife while devouring a plate of mouth-watering biryani, from his favourite haunt in the city.
