The Crown Will Stand At A Height Of 167 Metres

Soon, passersby of Kolkata Bypass will be witness to a magnificent crown touching the city’s skyline. The crown will be perched above the 32-storey Ideal Unique Centre. Mumbai-based Architect Hafeez Contractor is developing this establishment by the Ideal Group, which is expected to be pulled off by the end of 2022. The building has a height of 167 metres. Kolkata’s Bypass is dotted with many ravishing structures like the ITC Royal Bengal, the Science City globe, the Biswa Bangla globe and other sky-high buildings. It is one of the most beautiful stretches of Kolkata, a part of which overlooks a lake too. This crown will intensify the splendour of the stretch.

The Top Of The Building Will Offer Panoramic Views Of The City

The project will be designed with top-notch amenities and will also incorporate a pool and high-speed elevators. The best bit is, the top of the building will offer a mesmerising panoramic view of the entire cityscape. The location of the building will be at Kolkata’s Topsia, which falls on the  E.M. Bypass highway. The project spreads across an area of nearly 117.9 meters. Earlier, the builders had planned to construct the building with 28 floors.
