The UT has now proposed cruise tourism that will allow visitors to explore the surreal destinations with the help of a cruise ship. Tourists might be able to choose the size of their ships, from mega-ships to small yachts.

Tourism Department To Launch 48-Hour Holiday Package On Cruise Ship

The tourism department is also mulling over launching a 48-hour holiday package on a cruise ship. The package will incorporate all the amenities to provide a breathtaking experience. In its proposal, the UT has also informed the Ministry of Home Affairs that it would like a dedicate a tourist ship to the islands. Lakshadweep has already introduced charming eco-friendly resorts in Bangaram, Kavaratti, Kalpeni and Minicoy islands.
