Maharashtra Gets Its Own Version Of MasterChef Contest; Here’s How To Participate

If you are a champion in making Bhakarwadi, Bhakri, and Kothimbir Vadi, you can now get recognised for your skills. If cooking is your calling, participate in Maharashtrache Masterchef. Yes, you heard that right. Maharashtra is launching its own version of Masterchef contest where you can showcase your cultural food to the world. This contest is launched by Maharashtra’s tourism department.

Your Dish Will Be Judged Basis Presentation, Shooting Style & Health Quotient

A panel of judges will be in charge of judging the recipes. They will select the best basis the presentation, shooting style, use of Maharashtrian ingredients, and the health quotient of the dish. Steps To Participate In Maharashtra MasterChef

Participating in this contest is easy. You will have to submit a video recipe of your favourite Maharashtrian dish and they have kept no limit on the number of entries. You can send as many entries as you wish. Please note that the video must be a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 15 minutes and the file should not exceed 100MB. You should also share word documents with the recipes, the ingredients, and the cooking methods. along with the video.

The 15 best entries will win a cash prize of ₹10,000, the next 40 will win ₹5,000 and the next 100 will win ₹2,000 each. Besides, every contestant will receive a certificate of participation. For the fans of Konkani and Malwani food, this is going to be a treat to watch.
