MasterChef Australia Judges In Awe Of Bhel Puri; Call It A Complex Dish

Time and again, Indian dishes have won the hearts of the judges in MasterChef Australia. Earlier, Delhi-born Deepinder Chhibber and Bangladeshi contestant Kishwar Chowdhury had impressed the judges by taking many desi dishes to the global platform. They had prepared dishes like Phuchka, Mangalorian Prawn Ghee Roast, Panta Bhaat, Meen Moile and much more. Indians were elated after the dishes got international attention. Now another Indian dish got added to the list of preparations in the contest and that is none other than the spicy street snack bhel puri.

Bhel Puri Makes Place In MasterChef Australia

Bhel puri is a snack with which our childhood memories are entwined. We relished it during our school and college days from the local street stalls outside the premises. It can be a snack to grab quickly on the go when we are on a road trip. Now, bhel puri had made a place in MasterChef Australia too, thanks to contestant Sarah Todd. She had to make a dish under 10 minutes and bhel puri is one such dishes. The judges were amused and also called the dish ‘complex’.
