1. Mumbai Metro: Line 3 All Set For Phase 1 Operations Between Aarey And BKC

The ninth train to arrive at the Aarey Car Depot in the city on Friday marked a significant milestone for the Mumbai Metro Line-3 project. As a result, all nine of the trains needed for the line’s Phase I operation between Aarey and Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) are now prepared for deployment. An MMRC representative stated that trials for the rakes will begin in the middle of November.
2. Noida Metro Considers New Route For Greater Noida West Metro
A potential route for the Greater Noida West Metro from Sector-61 Metro Station on the Delhi Metro’s Blue Line is being considered by the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC). The metro line will extend by about 2.5 kilometers if the Greater Noida Metro is connected to Sector 61. Those who commute to Delhi on a daily basis for work will most benefit from this.
3. Delhi Metro: Services On Blue Line To Be Briefly Regulated On Nov 5
To undertake scheduled maintenance work between Karol Bagh & Rajiv Chowk section of Blue Line (Dwarka Sec-21 to Noida Electronic City/Vaishali) on the intervening night of 4/5th November 2023, train services on Line will be be briefly regulated on early Sunday morning (5th Nov.)

The Blue Line’s Karol Bagh & Rajiv Chowk segment (Dwarka Sec-21 to Noida Electronic City/Vaishali) will undergo scheduled maintenance on the intervening night of November 4–5, 2023. As a result, train services on the line will be temporarily suspended on Sunday morning. Therefore, Jhandewalan and Rama Krishna Ashram Marg will be closed until six in the morning.
4. Namma Metro: MG Road-Baiyappanahalli Purple Line Operations To Be Disrupted On Nov 5
For Maintenance works Metro train services between MG Road & Baiyappanahalli Metro Stations will start from 9.00 am instead of 7.00 am on 05/11/2023. In all other sections services will be as usual from 7.00 am. FKI pic.twitter.com/AMsuya2MQo

On November 5, the Metro Purple Line’s MG Road Metro station will be closed from 7:00am to 9:00am in order to perform necessary repairs. Services on metro trains between MG Road and Baiyappanahalli Metro stations will be temporarily suspended during this period. After 9:00 AM, regular metro rail service between the MG Road and Baiyappanahalli metro stations will resume.
5. Pune Metro Line 3 Expected To Be Complete By March 2025
By March 2025, Pune Metro Line 3, which will link Shivajinagar and Hinjewadi, should be finished. The Pune Metro Line 3 project, a public-private partnership valued at Rs 8,313 crore, is being developed by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) to connect Maan Hinjawadi with the city center at Shivajinagar. The project spans 23.203 km.
6. Namma Metro To Soon Get China-Made Rakes
The Chinese-made rakes might soon be transported to Bengaluru after a protracted delay. Two six-coach trains are now prepared and could be sent to India. Recently, a group of BMRCL representatives traveled to China to examine the trains. According to the arrangement, the Chinese company had contracted with BMRCL to provide 216 coaches, according to an official.
