The area under the iconic Kuwait Towers has been a secret garden that no one could enter without paying a fee in the past decades. That changes now. It is the first time that the Kuwait Towers Garden is open to the public. You can enter without a restaurant booking or a viewing deck ticket. Just walk in.

Between the first day of Ramadan and May 14, it is fully free to enter. It makes it one of the best-known sights of Kuwait, with an open space to walk around.
As reported by 248am.com, it is the first time that the garden is available without any prior bookings. This is why it is one of the most thrilling openings of the public space in the city this year.
The Restricted Zone To Public Space
Up to this point, approaching the Kuwait Towers would mean one thing. You were either eating indoors or going to the observation deck. The garden itself was quietly lurking in the background.
The recently opened garden welcomes families, walkers, photographers, and informal coffee consumers to walk around the garden without any pressure to spend money. It is a slight move with a significant effect. Kuwait also has another outdoor location where individuals can relax, reunite, and have fun in the city without paying a dinar.
And in Ramadan, it is even more fun.
Art, Culture, And Coffee Under The Towers
It is not some green patch with a gate hanging wide open.
Hekaya World produces the garden experience, which is a cultural space designed to be community-driven. Tourists will be greeted with an artistic exhibition, cultural aspects, and comfortable seats.
There’s also coffee. Saysuco is the popular acai brand with a pop-up under the towers with a separate seating section. On a fast-breaking day, or when you are out and about, it will be a pleasant food-and-drink addition.

Why This Opening Is Bigger Than It Seems
Kuwait has been gradually reclaiming the public spaces and making them more accessible.
The process of opening it during Ramadan and maintaining free access over several weeks is clearly a way to promote returning visits among the organisers. Kuwait Towers Garden is open every day since the first day of Ramadan till May 14.
