There is enough sad news in the world to make a bright sunny day feel like gloom and doom. Amid all this sadness, we came across something that brought a smile on our faces, and we are sure that it will do the same for you. Recently, Mumbai Police celebrated birthdays of three of their young recruits, who belong to the canine unit. A lot of effort was put in to make this day special for the four-legged friends, and they took to Twitter to showcase that as well.

Mumbai Police Had A Bash To Celebrate Dogs’ Birthdays

The dogs, Honey, Maya and Whiskey, had been given to the Mumbai Police to be trained and become ‘vigilant sentries to shepherd the safety of Mumbaikars.’ The three German Shepherds turned one recently, and no stone was left unturned to celebrate this momentous occasion.

There were balloons, and cakes and photo sessions. Along with that, there were special messages that were written on the white-board for the three dogs on their first birthday. In short video shared by the Mumbai Police on Twitter, they expressed their gratitude to Rakshita Mehta who had gifted the puppies to them. It was a collage of their journey so far, and it also captured all the special moments too.
