After CSTM Mumbai, Maharashtra got another restaurant-on-wheels right outside the Nagpur Station. The Nagpur Division Central Railway has converted a railway coach into a stunning Haldiram’s outlet. To keep the authentic charm of the coach, the authorities have not changed its colour from outside. The themed restaurant is a tribute to Nagpur and incorporates elements of the city. Passengers, as well as non-passengers, can enjoy dining inside the fashionable interiors of the eatery, comprising floral motifs on the seatings, bright lamps and much more.

Similar Restaurants To Come Up In Other Parts Of Maharashtra Too
The success of Mumbai’s first restaurant on wheels at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus had given a boost to the Indian Railways to launch more such restaurants. Railways has planned to roll out a similar restaurant at Kurla Lokmanya Tilak Terminus too and name it Bogie Wogie. Plans are there to set up more such eateries at Kalyan Station, Lonavala, Neral, Chinchwad, Miraj and Igatpuri, among other locations. These restaurants have a huge potential of promoting the tourism as well as the food sector of Maharashtra.
