This Dussehra, the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking (BEST) have come up with an exciting offer for all Mumbaikars. They’ve announced ‘the best’ offer whereby passengers can take ten rides on any of the BEST buses for just ₹19.

BEST announced this new offer to enhance every Mumbaikar’s bus journey experience. This Dussehra offer is valid for 9 days from the first day of Navratri on 26th September until Dussehra on 5th October.

Reserve Tickets On Chalo App
This offer is available to both new and existing users of the Chalo app. After downloading the Chalo app, users must click on the “Bus Pass” section of the app to see the offer details. Click on the link “Dussehra offer”. Then, users will be redirected to another window where they have to enter their personal information. The online payment of ₹19 can also be made via a mobile app.

When you get on the bus, click “Start a trip”. Tap the ticket vending machine on your mobile phone to authenticate. After successful verification, you will receive a digital receipt for your trip directly on the app. All processes are cashless and paperless.

BEST Also Brings Ho-Ho AC Bus Service During Navratri
BEST will also operate a double-decker Ho-Ho AC bus service in Navratri from September 26th to October 4th. It will provide additional services of double-decker buses and AC-E buses for late-night city travel. This is especially beneficial for passengers travelling for garba and darshan events during Navratri. The special bus services are available from early evening until midnight.
Bus fare for open deck service is ₹150 and the AC bus fare during Navratri Festival is ₹60.
