What’s In It?

This chocolate museum takes you on a journey right from the extraction of cocoa beans to the manufacturing of the chocolate bar. It exhibits both ancient as well as modern techniques of preparation of chocolate. You can understand the history of chocolate dating back to 1500 BC when Mayans prepared Cocoa drinks from Cocoa beans. The charts and posters adorning the walls will further enlighten you about the process of preparing chocolates.
