Are cars allowed? EV might work out but apart from that the entire transportation in the area would run on a network of shared battery-powered buggies and bicycles.

The city is based on the ideology of a net-zero carbon footprint. For that, the developers have strategically designed the entire landscape. The green neighbourhood will include parks, lakes, and biodomes where vegetables will grow and dispersed.  There would be a presence of certain communal amenities.

They plan to have a strong emphasis on encouraging an active community, including a horse riding hub with stables, a track and two halls, a gym and multiple pools, cycling and jogging tracks, football, basketball, and padel courts, retail and F&B establishments, a nursery, an autism centre, and a green and sustainable mosque.

All nationalities are welcome to buy a house in this sustainable city. How many are you are planning to shift?
