Ossiano is hosting a two-day exclusive culinary experience wherein two of the world’s finest chefs, Grégoire Berger and Joan Roca are joining forces to bring you an exquisite 10-wave menu. In case you are not aware, Joan Roca is a chef from the award-winning El Celler de Can Roca, a three-Michelin star restaurant that has ranked first in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list twice. This is happening on July 2 and 3, which is Sunday and Monday from 7 PM onwards.

As mentioned above, this will be a 10-wave menu that will represent the culinary lens of both chefs. So, combining the modernist approach to cuisine by Berger with Roca’s emphasis on rich and abundant seafood, it’s a culinary journey that’s not to be missed.

Chef Grégoire Berger will have his hero dishes, such as Tiger Ceviche and Abalone with Black Truffle. While chef Joan Roca’s interpretation of food will include Red Prawn & Citrus Caviar and Grilled Langoustine with Sagebrush. It must be noted that you can book your spot on the website of the restaurant for AED1500 per person. However, you might want to hurry, as there is limited seating available and it is recommended that you make your reservations early. It should be mentioned that Ossiano was recently featured at number 87 in the list revealed by 50 Best for the 51-100 ranking. This is huge as it’s a brand-new entry for Dubai! Not to mention, Ossiano has also been featured in the fourth position for MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants List 2023.
