As predicted, a fresh round of snowfall was witnessed in high-altitude areas of Jammu and Kashmir. The snowfall started on Wednesday evening in some areas, while others saw snowfall on Thursday morning. Baramulla, for one, has turned into a winter wonderland post the heavy snowfall. Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Railways of India, shared a splendid video in X (formerly Twitter) that captured the railway line on the Baramulla – Banihal section operating despite the heavy snowfall.

The Railway Minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw, shared a video of snowfall in Kashmir. But what caught everyone’s attention was the train operating on the Baramulla – Banihal section – despite the wild weather.
