Enthusiastic tech lovers are reportedly travelling from countries like India, Pakistan, or even Europe to pre-book their iPhone 15. This was revealed in a report by Khaleej Times, which mentioned that many such techies have travelled from foreign countries to be among the first ones to get their hands on the latest model. The development comes ahead of the fact that the pre-bookings were announced to begin in the UAE at 4 PM on September 15. A lot of people are also preferring to buy the latest model from Dubai due to lesser taxes as well. For instance, several people from the aforementioned countries say that it’s a lot cheaper.

Some Are Preferring To Buy The Phone In Dubai For Its Lower Cost
As it happens, the report mentioned several people admitting that they generally end up spending more than AED1000 for the iPhone Pro model in their home country. So, they are travelling to Dubai to make the most out of the cheaper cost. Not to mention, many also prefer to buy the latest model in the emirate because they are doubtful of whether they’d be able to get their hands on the new iPhone, as the demand will be very high in their home country. So, they want to be among the first people to be holding the newest model.
The rush for the new iPhone 15 series comes after, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple launched the latest smartphone on September 12, in an event which was streamed by Apple enthusiasts globally.
