The excitement of the grand opening of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has covered the entire country. Please from various parts of the nation have already planned their trips to visit the grand mandir and seek blessings from Lord Ram. In response to this soaring enthusiasm among devotees eager to visit after the grand consecration ceremony on January 22, Indian Railways has announced significant changes in the schedule of several trains. This new schedule has been disclosed by Union Minister of State Darshana Jardosh on X.

Indian Railways Updated Train Schedule To Ayodhya

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the Surat MP conveyed, “Indian Railways will take you to the faith of Ayodhya…In view of the increasing demand of Ram devotees, some changes have been made in the trains going to Ayodhya.” Jardosh further provided a detailed list of trains bound for Ayodhya from various cities, each with its respective schedule.

The announced train services include:

  • Udhna – Ayodhya – Udhna: Commencing from January 30, 2024
  • Indore – Ayodhya – Indore: Set to start from February 10, 2024
  • Mahesana – Salarpur – Mahesana: Initiating from January 30, 2024
  • Vapi – Ayodhya – Vapi: Beginning from February 6, 2024
  • Vadodara – Ayodhya – Vadodara
  • Palanpur – Salarpur – Palanpur: Starting from January 31, 2024
  • Valsad – Ayodhya – Valsad: Set to commence from February 2, 2024
  • Sabarmati – Salarpur – Sabarmati

The Preparations For The Consecration Ceremony Are On Full Bloom

The highly anticipated ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony at the Ram Temple is scheduled for January 22. According to Live Mint, Vedic rituals for the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya will kick off on January 16, a week ahead of the main ceremony.

Reportedly, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also instructed officials to implement the ‘Kumbh model of cleanliness’ in Ayodhya, ensuring that the ‘Ramnagari’ stands out as the cleanest and most beautiful city. Priest Lakshmi Kant Dixit from Varanasi will lead the main rituals of the consecration ceremony on January 22. From the 14th to the 22nd of January, Ayodhya will observe the Amrit Mahotsav.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to participate in the consecration ceremony at the temple on January 22.
