Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, nestled in Varanasi’s Vishwanath Gali, lies on the western bank of the sacred Ganga. It is one of the 12 jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. Recently, lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt had visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. A picture, in which both of them are wearing marigold garlands, is going viral. Wondering what the couple was doing at Varanasi? They were seeking blessings from Lord Shiva after wrapping the shoot of Brahmastra.

Alia, Ranbir And Ayan Take Blessings At Kashi Vishwanath Temple
Announcing the wrap up of Brahmastra Part 1, Alia made a carousel post on Instagram. The shooting of Brahmastra had started in 2018. Alia’s post shows a drone shot of a video where Alia, Ranbir and a group of sadhus raise their hands in the air. The post also reveals that the director of the movie Ayan Mukerji was also at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, along with Alia and Ranbir.

Stunning Shooting Locations Of Brahmastra
Other than Varanasi, the filming of Brahmastra took place in stunning locations like Bulgaria, London, New York and Scotland. On March 29, the shooting was completed in Varanasi. Ranbir’s character Shiva in the movie has been inspired by the Persian poet Rumi. Brahmastra will take viewers around the world and the universe. Meanwhile, fans are speculating about Alia-Ranbir’s marriage after seeing their picture with bridalwear designer Beena Kannan.
