While the recipe for Dahi Tikhari is pretty straightforward, the one thing you need to be careful about is mixing the curd with the tadka. Village Cooking Boy suggests taking the tadka off the heat and letting it cool down for a few minutes before adding curd to the mixture. This way, you will avoid the curd from curdling and ruining the entire dish. So, keep this tip in mind while you’re trying out this recipe.
