Emirates will soon open the doors for a new City Check-in and Travel Store. The aim is to give consumers the convenience of booking travel, checking in for flights, storing their luggage, shopping for travel necessities, and saving time at the airport. The cutting-edge facility, which is housed in the DIFC neighbourhood is a prestigious ICD Brookfield Place & it will start taking visitors on April 27.
The City Check-in and Travel Store, which has a prime location for busy professionals in Dubai’s financial district, is one of Emirates’ ongoing investments in enhancing the customer experience. It enables customers to drop off their luggage up to 4 hours prior to takeoff.

Robot Check-In & Facilities For Passengers
In addition to complimentary access to some of the lifestyle amenities at the renowned ICD Brookfield Place, Emirates passengers with valid boarding passes can take advantage of exclusive discounts and special offers at a variety of restaurants, gyms, and luxury retailers. Innovative mobile robotic check-in device Sara can identify people based on their scanned passports, check them in and direct them to the luggage drop location. With a striking 2.5 metre LCD screen displaying the most recent Emirates destination content, along with additional screens displaying an interactive touchscreen map.
Emirates boarding pass lands you the opportunity to explore the area or unwind before your flight for free. It’s applicable in certain spots like a few of the world-famous ICD Brookfield Place’s lifestyle establishments. They also get access to exclusive discounts and deals at a number of restaurants, fitness centres, and upscale shops.
