With Red Sea Global successfully securing an operating license for a water aerodrome, it has become the first site in Saudi Arabia to get a water runway. Not to mention, according to reports by Arabian Business, this represents a significant boost for the aviation sector in the nation. This development has come after the aerodrome has fulfilled all the necessary requirements as put forward by the aviation safety regulation of the General Authority for Civil Aviation, as mentioned by Red Sea Global. As previously noted, this will be located on the Ummahat Islands, and the water aerodrome has been designed to achieve a unique harmony between the marine environment and aviation.
