Save Your Money! Qatar Drops The Hayya Card Rule For GCC Folks To Enter The FIFA Country Starting Today!

Before the most anticipated event of football, FIFA World Cup 2022, commenced in Qatar, the nation announced some strict entry restrictions. The major out of all was to own a Hayya card which was like a pass to enter the country and cost a bomb! But guess what? Qatar has dropped this compulsion of purchasing this card for GCC residents and citizens to enter Qatar starting 6th December 2022.

No Hayya Card Compulsion For GCC Folks To Enter Qatar

The order of this card still remains the same for the other global crowd trying to visit Qatar till the FIFA World Cup ends in December. But there is one bet here! Only the crowd that is trying to fly down for tourism or another purpose will be allowed to enter without the Hayya card. The ones thinking to visit to catch the matches will still require the ticket along with this pass.

GCC people can enter Qatar by flight, bus or private vehicle without compulsion but given the condition of not entering the tournament. The government has made these arrangements to increase the number of GCC tourists entering the country to enjoy the game spirit spread across the nation.
