What Shamita Shetty Eats In A Day
Shamita Shetty is a true food enthusiast. She told us that she decided to eat less fried food and more protein because she lifts a lot of weight. Bread and sometimes a boiled egg are the staples of her gluten-free diet. She also mentioned that since she is a proper South Indian, she prefers rice over roti. In the interview, she also shared how her trainer and nutritionist are rigorous, so she has to maintain a proper diet. She even weighs her food! The Shetty sisters enjoy eating at home, making their own gluten-free quinoa, rice, and roti and serving it with veggies and a small amount of dal on the side. She makes an effort to avoid eating anything with gluten. So, if you want to keep burning calories throughout the day, nourishing your body is crucial, especially when you want to look like that!
While the duo enjoyed some delicious shakes from Sadguru, the actress said, “Other than that, once a week, trainers allow binging. It’s not a binge day for me. It’s a binge meal. I can eat like a Domino’s pizza, thin crust or a pastry.”
Why Did Shamita Study Arts?
