Meet Arun Narayan Sabnis, the grandfather of Taaza Khabar actor, Shriya Pilgaonkar. Her Ajoba (grandfather in Marathi) just achieved an unbelievable feat, he just flew to his 100th country. He began this incredible journey to explore the world and he set a goal to complete exploring 100 countries in the shortest possible time.

Shriya’s Ajoba truly achieved what seemed to be unachievable. He has finally been to his 100th country and this time he visited stunning Malaysia. Shriya and her mum, Supriya Pilgaonkar, also joined her Ajoba to celebrate the most special achievement. The actor took to her Instagram to share some glimpses and snippets of surprising her grandpa on this trip.
The fam is now exploring the rich natural beauty of the Kinabtangan Rainforest in Malaysia. From being a water baby on the jet boat to gorging lots of authentic delicacies, they are having a wonderful time in Malaysia.

Arun Narayan Sabnis has dreamt of being a globetrotter since his childhood. In fact, Ajoba’s father had the same dream to be an explorer and now he is fulfilling his dreams one by one. Travelling to a ton of countries is clearly not just any other simple achievement, and it gets more and more special as he is doing it all in his 80s.
