We tried their smokey biscuits which has been a matter of hype and discussion for a while. The preparation process didn’t involve much math (or science!) Liquid nitrogen is poured into a bowl of chocolate flavored wafers. Due to the natural properties of nitrogen, body heat converts the liquid nitrogen into smoke!

Smokey biscuits are fun to have. And it gives you a feeling similar to that of smoking a hookah. Also, nitrogen does not come in the way of the wafer biscuits’ taste. They cost just ₹100, and are worth a try!

How Do The Biscuits Smoke?

Liquid Nitrogen or LN2 as it’s known in science circles is odorless and tasteless. Its non-toxic properties deem fit for a completely safe dessert that’s made using it. By the time your ice cream is made, the nitrogen has completely disappeared and the end product is a velvety-smooth and densely textured ice cream.

The Frosty Cream has been custom built to be resistant to the freezing temperatures of nitrogen. Also their staff is thoroughly trained and tested before handling it.

However, we feel the staff needs to precisely state down rules about not mishandling or playing with liquid nitrogen filled bowls that the floating smokey biscuits are handed over in.
