Located near the backwaters of the Gangapur Dam, Soma Wine Village offers wine tours and a relaxing weekend stay for you and bae. Wines
The wines are divided into 5 categories – Reserve Wines, White Wines, Red Wines, Rose Wines and Sparkling Wines. These wines are available in 350 ml and 750 ml bottles.
In the Reserve Wines, choose from Pinot Noir (dark cherry, brown spice and clove), Zinfandel (spicy black pepper, blackberry, oak, and mocha), Brut (pear, lemon, orange zest and citrus), Shiraz Reserve (blackberries, spices, smoky bacon. herbs, asparagus, and dark berries), Riesling (apples, apricots, peaches and pears), and Chardonnay (pineapple, guava and mango).
In the White Wines, choose from Chenin Gold Blanc (pineapple, guava, passion fruit and coconut), Chenin Blanc Silver (citrus, peach and melon), Chenin Blanc Dessert (peach, apricot, melon and pineapple), Sauvignon Blanc Gold (tropical fruits, kiwi and herbs), Sauvignon Blanc Silver (pineapple, peach, and melon), and Sauvignon Blanc Dessert (pineapple and peach).
In the Red Wines, choose from Shiraz Cabernet (vanilla, oak, spices, and black currant) and Shiraz (Black Raspberry and Pomegranate).
In the Rose Wines, choose from Rose Gold (pomegranate, cherry, and strawberry) and Dessert Rose (sweet melon, honeydew and exotic tropical aromas).
In the Sparkling Wines, choose from Rose Sparkling (ripe fruits), Sec Taie (champagne and grapes), and Brut Cuvee (ripe apples, and spices).
Resort
Guests can stay at the Soma Resort or the luxury apartments. The wine resort has 29 cozy rooms and you can choose from Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Luxury Suites. If you’re travelling with company, you can opt for the Champagne Villa that can accommodate 10 people. If you want to experience a home away from home, their serviced apartments are there as well. The tariff starts at ₹6000 per room (2 people).
