Ever since the Pandemic hit the world, people’s focus has shifted to physical and mental health. The last two years were terrible for sure but they taught us to prioritize our health over anything else. The number of people shifting to a healthier diet or turning vegan has simply increased. All these factors gave rise to a new cafe in South Delhi which offers a healthy and low-calorie menu for all the fitness enthusiasts. 

Green And Earthy Ambience

The decor of the cafe is simple yet enduring with unique elements. The interiors are painted white which has an instant calming effect on you. You get an earthy green feel because of the indoor potted plants and the wood around.

The menu here has only veg dishes and also you can make your own healthy bowls. They also have other options like sandwiches, salads and smoothies. The focus of this cafe is to bring the farm to table meals with products that are grown using the technique known as hydroponics. Their goal is to provide nutritious meals to the customers that are fulfilling as well.

At Uncafe, you get a range of healthy starters to choose from. From the section Unplate, try Totally toasted which is a crispy toast served with three gourmet butter made with butter, garlic and sundried tomato and is garnished with microgreens. You can also try Frittata which is a Spanish omelette style preparation and tastes heavenly.
