Sri Lankan Airlines Is Offering ‘Buy One Get One Free’ On Air Tickets To Indian Travellers & We Cannot Keep Calm!

Sri Lanka has reopened its borders for fully vaccinated Indian travellers but there is some more good news attached to it. The Sri Lankan Airlines is offering a ‘buy one get one free’ offer on return tickets to Sri Lanka’s capital Colombo. This means that if you are travelling with your bae, one of your tickets comes for free. This offer is valid up to October 31, 2021, so book your tickets now!

Fully Vaccinated Indian Travellers Can Visit Sri Lanka Without Quarantine

Fully vaccinated Indian travellers can travel to Sri Lanka without any quarantine but you will be first tested upon arrival before you are allowed to proceed further. You will have to get an RT-PCR test done in the hotel. If you test positive, you will be taken to the health care centre.

All Travellers Will Be Tested Upon Arrival

Dimuthu Tennakoon, Head of Worldwide Sales and Distribution, Sri Lankan Airlines, released a statement saying, “Sri Lanka is now open for Indian tourists. People need to be fully vaccinated, with the second shot taken at least 14 days before the trip. On arrival, travellers will go to their hotel where the RT-PCR test will be conducted. Those who test negative can travel where they want to go.”

Besides, you will need to be fully vaccinated with the second shot taken at least 14 days before your departure to Sri Lanka. Also, Sri Lanka is accepting all vaccines available in India that includes Covishield and Covaxin.

Sri Lanka Reopens Borders For Vaccinated Indians & Restarts Flights From 9 Indian Cities. Weekly flights between Colombo and Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Trivandrum, and Cochin are all set to resume on September 1. Flight services between Colombo and Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru will be increased to at least three per week.
