It’s Shah Rukh Khan Day! The Badshah of Bollywood turns 58 today, and his fans cannot keep calm. After all, SRK’s birthday is nothing less than a festival for his fans. The one-of-a-kind, exceptionally talented actor is surely blessed with the best and most unique fans across the globe. From a sea of fans waiting outside Mannat at midnight to his fan club hosting a bash in Mumbai, here’s how SRKians are celebrating his birthday today. 

It’s SRK Day And SRKians Cannot Keep Calm

Basking in the combined success of Jawan and Pathaan, which brought in around ₹2000 crore, SRK made a successful comeback. At midnight on his birthday, SRK welcomed a sea of fans that had gathered outside his house, Mannat. 

For hours, his fans waited to greet the actor and get a glimpse of their favourite actor. The crowd went crazy when SRK came out to greet and thank them. He not only bowed down to his admirers but also struck his signature posture. With everyone in the crowd using their phones’ flash feature, they wished the actor, and the sight appeared surreal. 

SRK’s best friend and director, Farah Khan Kunder, was present at his house and posted a video of this beautiful gesture by his fans. They also had banners and placards in their hands to wish for the star.

A Bday Bash By Fans

SRK’s fan clubs across India had come down to Mumbai to wish the actor at midnight. The enthusiasm and happiness in the air were completely unbelievable. But that’s what the actor’s fans are known for. 

One of his famous fan clubs, SRK Universe, hosted a grand birthday bash. They posted an invitation to the actor’s birthday party and asked fans to join in the birthday celebration at Raasta in Khar, Mumbai. 

The same fan club also distributed free blankets to the needy and poor people who sleep on the streets to celebrate the actor’s birthday. They also distribute food packets and sweets at an old age home in Mumbai. It’s a ritual by many fan clubs where they serve food or donate things to the needy on the actor’s birthday every year. 

SRK Universe, one of the actor’s largest fanclubs, customised a three-tier cake to celebrate his birthday. The cake has SRK’s Jawan doll placed on top, and the third tier has SRK’s Jawan look printed on it. The second layer has his upcoming movie Dunki’s poster.

Fans Pouring In From Across The Globe

Not only in India, but the actor’s fans flew down from various parts of the world to celebrate this day. A video featuring his fans from Switzerland inside the plan has also surfaced on the Internet. 

Another post on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) showed his fans travelling to Mumbai from Pune to celebrate SRK’s birthday at midnight. His fans from Solapur too travelled from their hometowns to Mumbai and called it the SRK Yatra. 

Netflix gave his fans the best birthday gift by releasing Jawan (the extended cut) on their platform in Tamil, Telugu, and Tamil.

Also, the actor released the trailer for his upcoming movie Dunki on his birthday as a return gift for all the love and admiration. The movie is helmed by director Rajkumar Hirani and also stars Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu. It is all set to release this Christmas.
